I had the same process. I would throw in a couple of emails telling me I needed to register as a delegate again or something like that?! Very confusing process.

I agree that having the POTUS say he is "for" gay marriage is a pretty big friggin' deal. Can you imagine Reagan or Carter saying such a thing? It's monumental.

Montana, the last best place, the last best people state motto when I went to school at the University of Montana. I hope that they can go toe to toe with the ruling and at the very least propel it in to the national discourse during the election cycle.
I agree, it does have a "chill and mellow" vibe. I'm not sure who "Saydrah" is but they have not seemed to have a negative effect on the community from what I can see.
I am home in MI for the holiday. Last night my mother made a pot roast for dinner and in the gravy were morels she had gathered herself. She dries them and then reconstitutes them in the gravy. They are wonderful.
Morels have come to embody "home" for me. They, like Tigers basesball, Michigan football, the Great Lakes and canoe trips, are intrinsically "Michigan". It's good to be home.
Wonderful example of the creative process.
