I enjoy their news coverage too. It's on the radio every morning. As for them being "elite", you're not going to find many large media organizations where people aren't making a nice living and rubbing elbows with royalty and dignitaries. I suppose you become a bit like that which you report on, right?

How so? Are they pro-monarchy?
It would be a cheap way to see the world but I'm not sure I want to crash on some random North Korean couch. Though the language barrier would negate small talk. I imagine there is nothing more awkward than having to mime your thoughts to a N. Korean dude in order to have a conversation, so you can use his couch.

Canada and the US have legal brothels? I guess in the US it would be Vegas, right? Where in Canada? That just seems odd to me.
I had the same process. I would throw in a couple of emails telling me I needed to register as a delegate again or something like that?! Very confusing process.

I agree that having the POTUS say he is "for" gay marriage is a pretty big friggin' deal. Can you imagine Reagan or Carter saying such a thing? It's monumental.
