cool stuff. Always interesting to see how people interact with something you create.
Wow, this has taken on a completely new life from it's original form. I dig it! Can't wait to dig back in and work on more!
yeah it keeps telling me it can't be found as well.
I was digging those chord progressions on the keys.
Love it! Excited to see where this goes next!
Realism prevailed!
ah, thanks thenewgreen
I have in the past and wouldn't mind getting back into doing it again.
i dig it!
added a new string part to this song tonight: https://soundcloud.com/jasonelliotttaylor/half-empty-1213
cool, sounds like a totally different song
Nope, haven't had a chance
I'm really liking the harmonies/backups
I'm really diggin this one. I could spend all night on it...
I'll take a crack at this Sunday!
"Learning new skills can help, a little. At Ingram Micro, temps trained to drive forklifts earn $10 an hour. " That's pretty much the way life works...anywhere. The more you know, the more you're worth.
Sweet! has a new twist on it with percussion added.
Thanks. Listening back to the piano parts aren't so bad I guess. After I recorded them I totally hated them which led to not uploading the version right away. Sorry for the delay. BTW - I think your drum parts are worth redoing if you can lock-down the tempo.
I agree as well. It would be great to line up a four count metronome to record to. This song sits somewhere around 84bpm.

Great attempt Steve! I wish I still had my kit. I actually recorded a few more parts to this song, nothing major - a synth solo and some other accompaniment (although i wasn't thrilled with the total outcome). I can post that soon..
Cool, as soon as jonaswildman is finished I'll grab it and work on it some more. edit: how do you tag people on here?
Well, I added some mellotron and synth in a few spots. Let me know if it changed the mood of the song too much.. i can always take another stab at it again after some other parts/instrumentation is added.
score! mine were recorded at 24 bit!
Let me know when you've set up downloads on the new one and I'll grab it!
I'm up to work on it some tonight - probably keys/synth of some sort.
THe drums and vocals sound great! Great job everyone!
Just to clarify (not that it matters) but I added Mellotron, A delayed Wurli (currently sits to the right and not overly loud) and then towards the end of the song, I added some slight piano. :)
Yeah I noticed it pretty recently as well. Although, I don't know how on earth it thinks it will only take me 40 mins to get to work when it usually takes 45-60 mins every morning.
