Hydration station over here! Wish it were more exciting for a Saturday night, but c'est la vie, water's nice and cheap, and I'm stingy.
I was hoping someone linked this article! I read this and though it was so interesting, and was surprised how much it related to my own mindset. The notion that being polite is actually a buffer, a way of separating yourself from your audience, rang so true to me. I find that being "rude", or "impolite", is actually my way of showing my friends that I am so comfortable around them that pleasantries aren't necessary.
Water! Good ol' life juice.
Okay, this is really funny. XD Kudos on humor win.
I'm kind of spastic, unpredictable, and self-absorbed. And I love alliteration!!! What's does yours mean?
Ahhhh secret locations are always good!!! I'll have to check that out. I'm mostly into coffee shops, and I've heard that good coffee isn't hard to come by in Melbourne, so I'm excited to go :))
I don't play an instrument but I'm really excited to see you started playing something new only a few years ago! I love bluegrass music so I'm planning on learning mandolin or fiddle in the near future. Sometimes I worry I'm too old, but then I remember that doesn't matter XD
I'm coming to Melbourne for a week in August! Do you have any insider tips about what to do? I'm staying with friends but they're in school all day so my plan is just to walk through the alleyways and find museums and coffee shops. It seems like a cool city, I'm excited to visit!
Isn't it though??? I guess it's like, the little-kid version (google just told me that, so NATURALLY it's true), so maybe that's why it's cutsie. The Russian language has the best cute-names for things, I think!!!
This. And I'd also violently curse at my roommate in public situations, and she'd be super embarrassed and nobody else would know what was happening. It's great!!
Kakashka!! Now you know. :) Although I have no idea if that's the correct way to write it in english, oops.
Ayoo, I'm currently on the floor of my living room, in my flat in NZ. I lived with a Belarusian girl last year in the US! She taught me how to say poop in Russian. Or Belarusian. Not sure.
