Oh yeah I could totally see that!
I went rock climbing when I visited my girlfriend out in CA and I loved it even though I'm terrified of heights. Would love to do it more but I don't think there's a rock climbing place nearby :/
If you mean as far as hardware goes, I can't remember much of the names now. GTX force 300 or something along those lines for graphics card, I was going to have at least 16GB of RAM, as well as either Intel i5 or something from AMD whose name I forget but from what I had read it was on par with the i5 and a little bit cheaper too iirc. I looked at this site and was going to go for something in the superb-excellent range since it would be my first and I'm not the most experienced when it comes to building. I would also buy all the parts before getting a case if I stretched it out over a few months and make sure the case would be big enough if I needed to add anything or replace a piece with something bigger.
Mad Max: Fury Road for sure. Not much dialogue at all, and as someone who hasn't seen the first three, I didn't have any trouble understanding what was going on once the movie got rolling. Everything about it was just really well done, no one really has to watch the others to get the concept of it.
Exactly. It could have been so much more. SO MUCH MORE
Dude same gaming dream here. I did a TON of research on like what I want for my PC and I was telling myself how I would buy it piece by piece and I had a plan in line but it never came to fruition. It was gonna cost me a total of around $900. The thing that first made me want to do this was Dunkey's video:
Kyle XY ended on the dumbest cliffhanger I've ever seen in my life. So if you haven't seen it/or want to see it, keep that in mind. It's a great show and I loved watching it every week, but they KNEW that was their last season and they ended it sooo terribly. Not that I'm bitter...
Anytime someone famous does something the general public disagrees with can turn into one. For example, Joss Whedon getting attacked and painted as a woman-hater and eventually chased off of twitter. People saying he was dehumanizing Black Widow in AoU for (spoilers) not being able to have children and calling herself a monster when that wasn't the case at all, but it didn't matter. Just any mob mentality when it comes to famous people not living exactly the way their fans and critics want them too. Drake Bell also comes to mind when he tweeted that he was still going to call Caitlyn Jenner Bruce. They wrote articles about that. Stuff doesn't go away on the internet. Granted, it was not a cool thing to say, but holy crap people can be SO hateful when someone says or does something unfavorable.
For me the things I notice first are eyes, then lips, then eyebrows. Maybe eyebrows first if their brow game is strong. Out of those I think the eyes draw me in the most, but I find the lips more attractive if that makes sense?
I took three different literature classes all under the same teacher in 10th, 11th, and 12th grade. The teacher was great. Fair, reasonable, and strict if need be. She required everyone to have a journal and at least five entries in that journal every week. It helped our writing skills and would help clear our minds if we were working on an essay and needed to get some thoughts out. So I kept one for those three years, but since then I have unfortunately not kept up with it even though I keep telling myself I need to. This post is a good reminder of that.
That would be great I'd love to be a part of this. Sounds like fun!
Okay this is awesome. I'm always wanting to watch new movies that I haven't seen and this is just really cool. How can I join? Do I just follow the tag?
Oh man my bed hasn't learned that trick yet. All it knows is "lay down" and "stab me in the back with your springs". We'll work on it though.
Ah, okay. So not the best idea for getting to sleep. Got it.
Dang that's crazy, interventions for reading haha. Glad they leave you alone about it now. Also I honestly didn't even know it was latin, the only things I associate with the word are that guy, and that movie with Morgan Freeman which I haven't even seen all the way through lol. Oh, and there is a book I think that the movie was based off of, which is why he chose that gamertag. Have not heard ofread the poem but I will check it out for sure
Wow plenty of games to choose from! Awesome. Thanks for taking the time to list these! I've been wanting to play Civ 5 but I've never played any of the others. Does it matter?
Hmm that's interesting, I'll be sure to look into it especially since reading things at night on the computer causes lots of eye strain. And I too need some strict rules when it comes to falling asleep at a certain time. I am not the best at time management. Something I've been working on constantly.
I think I've heard of that before when there were people talking about it and some of those sounds being in the PES "Fresh Guacamole" video. I don't think I got any of those sensations but I did find the sounds relaxing so maybe it'll be something to try out!
Haha, yeah books are great but they can really screw up a sleep schedule. I remember I read one called Recovery Road all in one night and it had me up till past 5 because I just couldn't put it down. Also this is off-topic but I saw your username and it reminded me of this guy I used to play MW2 on xbox with the same name. Him and I would get a group together and demolish in team deathmatch, and he always played better when he was drinking somehow lol. Anyways, your username just brought up some fond memories.
Ha, duly noted. I have an iPad mini that I use some nights before bed and some nights it works but sometimes, depending on what I'm reading, I'll get too into the book and that will keep me awake.
I've only been on here since yesterday (maybe two days ago?) so I can't give you a 100% positive answer, but I'm fairly certain that it's the latter and the followed tags are given a higher priority over other posts. I too really like the layout and mechanics!
Ohh okay I gotcha. I like that. Man I love this site. This post has been up for like an hour or so and I've already gotten so many helpful replies. It's the dream, really.
That's great. I mentioned in another comment that I have trouble getting myself to wake up if I don't have to be up yet. I think I'll definitely work on that. Set a goal for 9 at first, then see if I can make it earlier as I get used to it and hopefully that'll affect how tired I am at night.
Wow, I really admire that. Maybe that could be my first step. Not quite that early, but something like 8 or 9 could work. I have a lot of trouble motivating myself to wake up when I don't necessarily have to be up yet. Something to work on for sure. Then by the time I'm off work and am ready for bed, I'll be tired enough to actually sleep and not just lay there for nearly an hour.
