well you have to boil them first no matter what :P The stir fry afterwards is an option and i consider it a good choice :)

Gołąbki is easy. Get meat and mix it with rice. Wrap in Cabbage. Boil in tomato sauce (bit watery)

My Mom (Actually Everybody's mom in Poland) still makes pierogi :) My sister does it too. Actually, pierogi is very commonly made thing as it is convenient as a snack or a main dish, and easy to handle :P The best ones are stir fried ones in my opinion. As for GOŁĄBKI..... AWWWW YISSSSSS~!!!!
