They don't necessarily have one word translations (koi no yokan isn't even one word in Japanese), but they're all easily described in English.

This seems to assume that people are constantly scrolling the page as they read. This solution doesn't work too differently from reading what's on the screen and then hitting page down. Still, it's interesting, and worth a try to see if it actually is better.
