Yeah, I guess there will always be nasty comments on the internet, but most people were very nice. I wonder what's going on in the life of the haters that they feel compelled to write nasty things? I hope they can work it out.

The water all evaporates, there is none left in the end. You put the water in in the beginning to stop the pieces of fat from sticking to the bottom and possibly burning, by the time the water is gone the oil does the same job.
