Yup. They are actually going to do a scaled up test on September 5th. They are actually putting a few pieces of this project on a regular commercial SpaceX launch. Though it won't be landing on a pad. They are going to navigate it back down to the ocean and test some of the guidance and propulsion systems. So part of what you see in that video will be attached to an actual Falcon 9 rocket that is going to be launched into Space. In a couple more years they hope to be at the stage where they can land it back on the pad it took off from.
