As a homeowner with multiple gas cans, I hate the new cans. Exactly like this guy says, no vents, they close automatically, etc. They don't flow right without a proper vent, they gurgle, the bubble, and honestly, I spill gas far more often now than I used to with an old can that I had to get rid of because it was metal and getting old and rusted. I get the reasoning behind it, and the intentions were good... but man. The new gas cans suck, they rarely work right, and I spill far more now filling up my mower/snowblower/weed-whacker/chainsaw now then I ever did before. At the end of the day it doesn't bother me much by any means, but it does seem like it was well intentioned legislature, but poorly executed. The new gas cans suck shit.
