I'm curious, where in the world do you live thefoundation? My family drinks tea in the evenings, usually Earl Grey et cetera but I've never been one to drink much tea. It seems a cultural gulf between the United States and the rest of the world. For the most part, in the US we don't take it as seriously as other countries. I'm not sure why this is, or if I'm wrong in this perception. We love our coffee, but even then we tend, for the most part, to consume mass produced chain coffee like Starbucks, Caribou etc. Once, I had tea at a restaurant in Ann Arbor Michigan that was served with homemade biscuits, jam and crème fraîche. That was an amazing experience.
Well I was raised in NJ. That has nothing todo with it though haha. My grandfather was Scottish and an avid tea drinker as are my Grandma and Mother. I got it from them just casually drinking. Not at a set time say in mid afternoon or night but whenever it felt like a good time for tea. I like all kinds but my main staples are the classic "proper" tea. So I'm a thief I guess haha
