I have the same feeling. Why do work to be shown an ad?

Today a guy I met gave me his business card and it had a QR code on it. I scanned it and it immediately loaded his contact info in to my phone. I thought it was pretty cool. Bars are using them on coasters to display specials etc. There are applications that seem to be working. Some people want to interact with their marketing.

aside: The technology that I think is going to change mass behavior is in the digital payment sphere. -Square.

Sure, but Bump doesn't need good lighting to do the same.

I agree about payments. But I think it will be NFC-based. Square is a bridge, but swiping will probably be phased out in a few years. -Google wallet. I'm sure Square is working on it too.

I can't pull bump out of a tray of cards, put in my pocket and then add it later.

It seems way cooler than google wallet. -maybe just because of the presentation. Not sure google engineers were the best face to put forward. http://m.youtube.com/index?desktop_uri=%2F&gl=US&rdm...
