At first I thought it was St. Peter’s Cathedral in Rome
Well great 'cuz I took this for "transportation" last week but never got around to posting it. Deception Pass Bridge, west span looking west.
From my Thirty in Thirty project: Tracks, Torrance, CA, 2018.03.31. psychoticmilkman please add me to the tags! As an aside, I've learned just how infrequently I use symmetry in my photography. Maybe I should experiment more with it.
That’s a great shot! No need to include the centerline, imho. That’s vanishingly close to dead center anyway. What’s at the end of the arches? Looks like a switchback
Thanks! Its an overpass going over this road here in the foreground' the centerline is umavoidable due to how the bridge is built but im glad the skew isnt noticible. Just an absolutely massive bridge i happened upon drivinf driving around after hiking The photos arent related to the challenge but I enjpyed shooting the bridge and was happy with the lighting.
Wow, I thought that for some reason you had edited in a blue line in your original post. Now I get it. Thanks for the context!
"Fuck Love" -unknown This isn't my favorite from the shoot, but it's the most symmetrical.
I'm fudging the topic a little, but this picture is mostly symmetrical. I attended the League of Legends World Championship in Seoul this past weekend, held in a World Cup stadium. I haven't played the game since 2012, but my god did I put in some hours. There was freewheeling discussion about the strategy and favorite champions, and although the matches were extremely one-sided and and a bit anticlimactic, the cheers were rawking. I got chills when the stadium lit up all white when one side completely died in a team fight and the crowd went nuts.
