The purpose is to give banks more power and control over the world in a way that social media does. Unfortunately, that may mean that certain individuals may have the privilege of seeing exactly what a person's score is. Usually utopian aspiring technology seems dystopian. This article seems like a scare piece to our type of freedom, but if you've worked hard to stay as afloat as you can throughout your life, it shouldn't be an issue. It just makes getting things like disability show up to people. Take it how you want.
This is just going to divide us even more. As if racism, sexism, and the division between the rich and the poor aren't a big problem already, they're taking a page out of a TV show, too.
