Bless you for the wonderful pizza.
And you feel uncomfortable about that? I think it's great that you have the opportunity to eat two pizzas in a row. Eating habits are subject to change if you put your mind to it. The presence of the opportunity, on the other hand, is a cause to celebrate. Despite my new diet, I will join you at it soon. :)
Not super uncomfortable, at least from a nutrition standpoint. My job is to pick up heavy boxes for a living. I can burn off pretty much anything I eat. BUT. This was my first pizza that was entirely plant based. From an ethical point of view, I'm pretty comfy with that. edit which isn't to say it was a perfect analog to traditional pizza... I had some grating issues...
I tried a vegan burger a couple of days ago. Oddest thing I've tried in a long while. It has its appeal - it was tasty, not like your regular burger but in its own way - and the issue is that I'm not used to it. Had I the resources, I wouldn't mind making one a couple of times a week.
Yep. Analog is the best way I know how to describe vegetarian/vegan food that is recreating staples where animal products are the star and center of the meal.. It often doesn't quite get there, but it does get close enough. Especially when the memories of what it you're recreating have become mired in the fog of time.Oddest thing I've tried in a long while.
