A few years ago we found an Atari in the garage with about 20 consoles. Needed a trip to Radio Shack to be able to hook it up the TV. I was so excited! And so bored after 10 minutes. I remember those games being a lot more fun than they feel now.
I have very fond memories of the original Bionic Commando on the NES, but I'm afraid if I ever tried it again I'd be disappointed. I'm happy to just let the memory be preserved, as is.

I was born after the Atari era. The first time I played a 2600 I thought it was just full of terrible arcade ports, until I played Adventure. It totally made me reevaluate the system and as far as I'm concerned it still holds up.
NES games in general have stood the test of time; Bionic Commando is no exception. However, if you find yourself with a 360/PS3 then the remake, Bionic Commando Rearmed, is awesome.
