Just saying that it was a pretty nice place to begin with. However even then, there was a dark side. A kid in my school ran a bbs with a few phone lines, which was a pretty rare occurrence. He also boasted "over 1 gig of storage" which was also unheard of. Anyway, most of that storage was porn. I recall he knew some guy that would take pictures of girls at a local hotel.
