Spike Jonze has directed some of the best videos. I have the first 4 volumes of the Directors Label and have watched them so many times.

1) I actually didn't know that was a Spike Jones video.

2) Holy cow. That's a hell of a list, for all those directors actually. I keep seeing videos and thinking "Shit yeah. That was a good video."

I would actually go a step further than you and say many of them are great short films with great soundtracks. How can one possibly hear Da Funk and invent a story about a dog boy on crutches with a boom box? Or make Electrobank about gymnastics drama or maybe faded high school glory days? Amazing.
