Thanks. I watched it on a long plane flight, and walked away thinking Her was 'pretty good'. I think the reason was that I hadn't picked up on half the faults that you did, and I was pleased that AI eventually didn't want to hang around with people anymore, because they are too boring, which is what I expect to happen. I am a bit ashamed that I didn't pick up on just how granola the movie was, but I also never picked up on the fact that it was set in LA. I'm sure if they filmed it in Detroit and it was just as white it would have rubbed me wrong.
