Nice! I have a friend who went to West Point. They kicked him out for smoking pot. So my only advice is, don't do that. :) Congratulations, that is a huge accomplishment.
Oh no D: I've heard stories of that happening before. I'm sure many get away with it, you just never know when it's not your lucky day. If this works out I think I'll be putting all that behind me for sure.
Judgement is skewed when you're neck-deep in Taco Bell with a bong in your hand. I'd love to not enjoy pot.
Don't know what kind of environment you're in now but a lifestyle where you're surrounded by a ton of people who don't smoke pot really helps one not smoke pot, esp. compared to a lifestyle where all or a significant proportion of your friends smoke pot. Like, if it's hard to get and no one's doing it, kind of way more hassle way less fun. I'd also recommend that if you willingly put yourself in a situation where you're told Not to Do A Thing, try to go on and Not Do That Thing. It's not like they'll have tripped it on ya by surprise, or like you're involved in the program because of anything but your own desire to be. I'm sure I break this rule or have in the past, but it is a good thing to keep in mind regardless.
