There's nothing new about this. The Soviets were doing it for decades, as have the Chinese.

I don't think that it's new but I do think that it being the most serious and viable threat against national security is relatively new. Don't you?

I still think it's a stretch to say that industrial espionage is the most serious threat to national security.
