The other day I was driving with my daughter in the car. We had some children's music playing. Between songs she said, "daddy, will you put on some David Bowie?" -I remained calm and simply said, "sure honey." But inside I was as proud as I've ever been. I teared up, no joke. She really likes Changes but her favorite is Queen Bitch, which she knows as "Queen Bee." But great pic Brian, I've always loved that lyric.
I'll bet she would like all of 'Ziggy Stardust' too, that's my favourite Bowie album.
I bet she would, her dad certainly does. That was my first Bowie album as a kid and the song ZSatSFM was one of the first I ever learned how to play on the guitar. Best guitar tone/sound ever.
She needs to see this (everyone does, really :-)
