Not exactly. In R & J, the line was "Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo?" Wherefore meant essentially "Why" - camarillobrillo simply asked "where art thou?" not wherefore. But you are probably looking at this on your small screen where reading is significantly compromised.
