I do think that we aren't privy to the bulk of our processing, and that there is efficiency that can be gained by recognizing this. It's also why I truly do believe that an author that is working on a book might be doing no writing at all. Sometimes work just means putting yourself in a particular environment. -It's like fertilization.
I enjoyed the read, I once had a moment that has completely changed my life/career too. I was a waiter at a restaurant and our bartender was telling one of his guests about how he was about to go to South Africa to study architecture. I said to him, in front of the guest, "you're so lucky", and the guest said to me "you know, you create your own luck in life". -I know it sounds simplistic, but he was right and I have lived by that motto ever since, doing all I can to create positive situations/experiences through action.
