Hmmm.. well, I see the words Complexo and Princesa. The people look both dark skinned and more fair skinned. I'm thinking Brazil

Why? Because I searched those words and came up with some Brazilian's Facebook pages. Then I searched "Brazil City Jungle inspired sci fi" and eventually found this -and I'm glad I did. -Great work.

Then I searched "famous boardwalk brazil" and essentially found an image very similar to yours. What a wonderful trip that must have been.~
