Yeah, I thought that was pretty curt too.
However, they might simply have a policy not to open a discussion regarding the issue. But, IMO they could have at least added: "We appreciate your feedback, and have made note of it", which would likely be true. If a majority of 'plus' members complained, they might change their approach.

It sure does. If they keep up with that attitude, their tunes might have to change once customers start fleeing.
