and thanks!

I saw reintroduce the natural predators. We have messed up the ecosystem with our meddling - so what makes us think we know what we are doing with culling? If we hadn't already meddled, we wouldn't feel the need. I also have serious doubts about the line we've been fed from the DNR on this issue. I don't believe they are the problem we've all been led to believe. There are cheap devices we can put on each and every car that scare deer away.
thanks - it was well worth it - she is so poised - and the tickets were buy one get one free, so it ended up being $20 a piece. great seats too
nope, and if you read my review, you'd see I didn't include such information as I wasn't aware of it - if you are just trying to bait me, so be it. but I appreciate the info - thanks for sharing
I eat a lot of tofu and the fake meats - my partner just likes veggies and gets all his protein that way - we eat out a lot, which is bad. I wish we cooked more at home
yup, that's all you can do - I've been vegetarian for about 4 years now - it got much easier after a month or so, and now I don't even give it another thought
I appreciate this thoughtful and gracious response. I've gotten a lot of grief from people who think "bacon!" is a reasonable response to this issue. I find the glib, classless, and reckless approach some people take to how animals are treated so troubling, and it makes me feel good that there are folks like you who share the same concerns.
agreed - I feel like it's an oddly aggressive entertainment choice
no, I didn't feel that you called me out - and I agree with you about factory farming 110%. this activity bothers me because it is a public, celebrated activity (akin to propaganda) that further distances people from thinking about these animals as living creatures, thereby making factory farming even easier to get away with.
Don't know that any of us know who aren't pigs. Vets don't like it. I know that
Fair enough!
haha - no, I'm not! sorry to be so one note lately!
haha! agreed
weird. not sure what happened there - it was there when I posted. phooey.

yeah, I had the same reaction at one point, until I saw some more photos and watched some video. and then the people who fight to KEEP this activity? their vitriol tends to belie the "family friendly fun" aspect
here you go - they seemed to have no end of tech difficulties, but my mom and I just kept on talking!
will do - thanks!
I could too!!
so did I - absolutely beginning to end!
this is fabulous!!! good for you!
I'm vegetarian - my mom is vegan. She was definitely moved by this but mores so by Earthlings and Bold Native. I agree that people have a hard time accepting, until they've really taken some time to explore. I applaud you. I was already on my path before viewing these movies, but they definitely help
too funny! fair enough! I didn't have QUITE that strong a reaction - there were aspects I enjoyed but generally, I do agree with you on this!
there you go!
Miller's Crossing!!! yes, yes, yes, yes, yes!!!!!
