I'm glad I don't base the neighborhoods I live in on skin color. Economic and population density factors are more important to what makes a great neighborhood.

You are probably right, or close to being correct about that stuff. I should do some research on that. All I know is that to me, frozen concentrate tastes better than orange "juice" that costs the equivalent price per gallon.
