I am volition

For long I sat passive

Leeching off of my bright screen

Sucking, sucking

As people around me cried

Sucking, sucking

As my body begged

Sucking, sucking

Sucking, and spitting

Sucking, and spitting

Until there is no more

But my Self,

Terrified of being buried

Under this avalanche of titillation

Breaks this habit

To say that after all that has happened

It remains,

Safe from harm

But I'm worried...
