I hate science reporting. The paper: http://www.researchgate.net/publication/266799418_PREDICTION_OF_SOLAR_ACTIVITY_FROM_SOLAR_BACKGROUND_MAGNETIC_FIELD_VARIATIONS_IN_CYCLES_21-23 I have observed that 'weather', 'cold', 'winter', and 'ice' do not appear in the paper. It took me a while to find the exact paper, these blood reporters should cite the sources of their made up stuff.

Complex numbers solve it.
I am curious what would drive the choice of that language. When it was first released, and pg had built it up as something "for the next hundred years" — it was missing some basic things (like unicode support). I do not know if that has changed, or even if the language has improved since then.
When you say Arc, are you meaning to say that this site is written in Paul Graham's attempt at a new lisp?
It is an interesting thing. I am more interested in this from an evolutionary perspective — specifically: is there an advantage to being able to picture imagery? Now could this be tested in other animals?
