I think that is just strings muted. The low E not muted very well that is all.
I was mesmerized by the waves and did not notice any of these. Pluck ans strum ok. How can you tell if it is a harmonic? (how much time into the video should I look for it?) EDIT: By harmonic do you mean the two E strings?
