Oh dear, I didn't check for duplicates. Sorry, I should have guessed someone would have covered the topic.
It's horrifying. They've just closed the centre (no food, no water and no protection) and our piece of shit government still won't take these poor men in, despite massive protests. Worse, they won't let anyone else take them either! At this stage, we're just hoping that New Zealand give us the finger and just go in and TAKE them. And then initiate proceedings to charge Dutton and co. with human rights abuses.
The title had me very confused! I forgot that someone will find a way to make a profit off anything, even something as solitary as running. I've always run alone, and my preferred distance 7-10 km doesn't fit into most events. Is group racing a good experience?
His writing feels very undisciplined to me. Events and people of greater and lesser significance are jumbled up together and what seemed to be entire plot lines are simply cut off or abandoned because (I think) the author has become distracted by something else.
Aha! https://curd-nerd.com/calcium-chloride/ Note the relevance to goats milk as well.
I've just always accepted it without thinking much about it, but now you have me interested as well! Time for some reading, I think.
I find a few drops of calcium chloride really firms up my yoghurt. Edit: Spelling. Effing autocomplete.
I bet you're right. Isn't there already a trucker-specific brand of country music?
In Australia, being a participating member of your local rifle club is required to keep your firearms licence. They say it's to keep up to date on health and safety issues, etc. I've always thought it's so your mates will notice if you start to go funny. Maybe that would be a gentle first step? Isolation = No guns?
