I haven't even finished reading this yet, but had to post it. I love what he says about the Acropolis. I don't know exactly why at the moment, but I try to remember that we stand on the shoulders of giants.

I just saw it tonight.
Person I was with hated it. Too much suffering. Preferred Woody Allen's comedies.
It was majorly praised by most reviewers (The New Yorker, for one). I appreciated that it was a nod to Streetcar Named Desire. I found that interesting.
The picture of men and women it presents is not a pleasant one.
Also, I'm disturbed by movies about mental illness. What did you think?
