1. I'm curious who the tenants pay rent to.

2. Speaking from a strictly architectural/urban point of view, it would be interesting to see how the programming changes without vertical transit i.e. How are people living differently when they have another 20 stories to walk up? I also wonder what other kinds of contingent spaces have manifested in the tower? Eat your heart out Peter Smithson.
