Meanwhile, there are elaborate tunnel systems brining in tons of pot illegally in to our country when we could be growing it, taxing it and ensuring it's safe etc. There are a lot of people benefiting from the illegal drug trade and they aren't all the obvious "bad guys". It's an entire economy.
