Damn, small world (internet?). Missoula is great for sure. A ton of my friends go to school there, I fled to Seattle. I'm curious, what brought you to UM?
After high school I stuck around in MI and played in a band. Then, when my parents were going to kick me out of the house I decided it may be time for college. I had friends that went to school out there already and had visited Missoula. I fell in love with the mountains, rivers and the party scene. It was everything I wanted at the time, plus I had good friends already living there. And to top it all off, they actually let me in to the University despite my horrific GPA. I made some of the best friends of my life during that time. I love Montana and I hope to get back there sometime in 2014 or 2015.
