i'am still alive :-) got my head in books trying to force my brain to study and write assignments. I suck at multitasking, but getting out yesterday I thought i would go and find a place that i sort of knew about hidden behind a motorway, up a hill, behind a cricket field, over a wall.
The building with the chimney is being demolished so it will probably be turned into a housing estate. I am looking forward to taking a sunset when the weather improves as its completely crap today compared with last week. but that's the deal with photography you got to go out when you can and hope you get lucky.
Last week's weather was beautiful. I left the house to go gawp at the sunset for a bit and locked myself out with no shoes, keys or phone. That was fun. I really should go on a bike ride at some point, the scenery where I live (Brighton) is beautiful. Shame about the moor being redeveloped, I suppose when the value of housing becomes greater than the value of agriculture in this country it's only a matter of time until this happens. Market forces, et cetera. I'm all for more national parks, myself. I suppose this is pretty near the Peak District and Yorkshire Dales so it's not too bad. It's also worth bearing in mind that this landscape has already been drastically altered by man - if not for farming, this would all be forest.
