It seems to me that T. Boon generally tries o cause a panic over what ever commodity he is heavily invested in. That being what it is, he seems to pick commodities that face real scarcity. I'm sure that he has a comfortable position in all kinds of water industries and would like to see their value go up. He masquerades as prophet and problem solver, but really after watching a few of his speeches I think he is just a opportunistic vulture trying to maximize the value of his investments, he will willfully misrepresent any fact in order to put on his show.

I don't know anything about him, but this made me mad: It was in the midst of this that he acquired a newfound regard for water as a commodity that should be bought, sold, and traded for the benefit of those who own it and those who can afford it.
What an honorable worldview. </sarcasm>
