I don't think 'community tags suggested' is helpful. How does "interested in" work? The bio could go on the right side, although I don't know if that would take too much space. I'm also used to the comments buttons being on the right side of the page, so that could be a thing. I'm also with BLOB_CASTLE in saying shares vs. posts should be obvious.
I personally think interested in could go -- instead have an option when you are building your profile to list your five favorite tags, maybe? Or something along those lines. Either that or just turn interested in into a straight most-used parameter. I suggested this a while back but thenewgreen pointed out that images, like the one in his profile, wouldn't fit well necessarily on the right side.
