I have no current opinion or belief about fracking, as I'm pretty sure the jury is still out, but this is ridiculous:

If we were overzealous in forcing them to disclose what they had created, they wouldn't bring it into our state.

The industry will be where ever there is gas. Its too lucrative even if they have to say what chemicals they're using.

Coke has to put their ingredients right on the can. Why can't other products? This is just like the GMO labeling thing in CA. I have no problem with GMO foods, but if the people want to know, they should have that right.
