This is a great podcast, and the video is very well put together. I never liked running very much, even as a kid. I picked it up last year though, in my sophomore year of college. It's been very rewarding, I now realize that running really isn't that bad. It's nice to push yourself and just go...run. You get to really take in the scenery around you, unless you're on a track. The change was strictly to improve my physical condition and attempt to become a runner, but now it's more a thing that I enjoy doing.
