Every time I log on to Hubski and view the global posts page, I see the exact same posts as I did last week. However, when not logged on, I see an entirely different set of posts. I'm not certain if it's intentional, but it is becoming quite a bother. I like new content... :(
Hi Seal. I see that although you only follow 4 people, you follow thenewgreen who shares a lot of posts. To reduce redundancy between the global posts and your own, we keep posts that are already in your feed out of the global pages. The content in my version of global posts is actually pretty different from day to day. However, since thenewgreen is a prolific sharer, it's likely that much of the active Hubski content is in your feed and not the global posts when logged in. But thanks for the heads-up here. If this is a widespread problem, it might be worth rethinking excluding your feed from the global posts. BTW, I am assuming that you are looking mostly at the full hubwheel global page, and not the unshared global post page.
Ah, yes. Thank you sir mk. I do think that the removal of your feed from global posts is something that needs reconsidering, as while I would like to follow popular users or those who share my interests, I would still like to see their shares included in the global posts, as it is a different manner of viewing content entirely. In the meantime, I shall use my newfound knowledge to unfollow certain people, and keep my global posts fresh.
