<rant>In my personal experience, Comcast doesn't give a fuck about their customers aside from how much of their money they can get from them. Furthermore, they fight for monopoly and price-gouging, have shit for customer support in markets where they have eliminated competition, and throttle people's bandwidth while lying to them and telling them that they don't.
Comcast is the type of company that the world would be better a better place without. Unfortunately, their monopoly seems to be pretty goddamn secure, and I have no choice but to use their 'business' so pardon me while I go fuck off and pay my internet bill (that includes fucking cable TV that I don't want yet must pay for).</rant>

We recently moved. We don't have Comcast in NC. Here Time Warner Cable is king. Their customer service is better (for sure) but the interface for their TV services is absolutely horrible.
Just yesterday I was watching MLB and was saying to my wife how antiquated the entire thing feels. The "remote control" seems like a relic of the past. I was in a restaurant the other day and the menu was on a tablet device. -it was a bit pretentious but it's the direction we are headed in. I would be shocked if people were still using traditional tv "remotes" in 10 years.

Are they crazy? $60 for a movie 3 weeks AFTER it's released?
