Sure, my point is this. If i really hate someone and i click ignore I want them to go away. I dont ever want to see a comment or post from them again. Im less tempted to start an argument with a proper ignore system. I am ok with half the convo gone, it tells me an ignored user made comments and I wont want to see them anyways. When I set someone to ignore I do it because I feel that nothing they say can possibly be of interest to me and i likely despise the person saying it to boot. Lets say I comment in person A's thread and person B is ignored by me and also comments, I can see their comments and I don't want to. I hate person B, seeing person B makes me want to punch kittens just for seeing their name. Please think of the kittens.
