A redditor here who is getting sick from it. How big is the community here?
Indeed, small is beautiful! Also: Regardless of how big Hubski itself gets, your experience will most likely stay rather small. That's the beauty of Hubski: you craft it into what you want it to be.
Well, maybe you're getting sick "from" it because the only person you're following is NiggerLover69. Get out there and find some people who are actually thinking or posting interesting things before you judge the site based on very little. On the other hand, this brings up something which I think mk must hear about every day- the site is not particularly friendly to new people. The community is, as the other comments on this page will show, but the site itself is hard to understand at a moment's glance, and the immediate resources aren't as transparent as they should be. But, zidane33, if you don't like it, don't use it. There's no one here demanding that you stay, so if you're unhappy then go do what you'd rather do. No pressure.
I can say one thing for certain: no matter the number of Hubskiers, this site has a HUGE heart! Please jump in the water, zidane33, and have some fun!
zaidane33, if you have any questions about the site, feel free to ask. All those on this thread are pretty well-versed in the ways of Hubski. I alway like to suggest poking around the badges link which are a collection of posts and comments that were highly valued by some community members. You can find this link and other helpful ones under "discover" on the left. Welcome.
I'm in the same position as you. I think you'll find hubski really refreshing, regardless of how mny people follow you/you follow.
