Dang! This is a great idea! I can't hear the audio right now because I'm about to leave work and I don't wanna grab my headphones- is there an explanation as to how tall the plants are allowed to get using this system, or they address harvesting?

It doesn't mention anything for how big the plants are allowed to grow. For harvesting, they're on rotating racks, so I'd imagine they just allow the top racks to rotate down and harvest then, and repeat the process.
