Enjoyable read even if I have no plans to ever work in Germany.

One key trick you’ll want to learn if you too are handed the apron at the Irish house of ales is to drink without being caught. -sounds_sound and I mastered this art at an italian restaurant/bar in Ann Arbor Michigan. I can't believe how drunk I would get and never get caught. Those were the days.
