If you look at the New York Times through the long lens of history, their modus operandi is "both sides." They'll bothsides anything. It doesn't matter what it is, it doesn't matter how lopsided, they'll teach the controversy come hell or high water. Which means if Republicans are in power, Democrats are lulled into a sense of fairness. If Democrats are in power... well according to YouGov Democrats trust Newsmax more than Republicans trust Newsmax so there's really no point in even asking what Republicans think anymore, they don't even fucking believe the Weather Channel.
