Eh. Case counts are super low right now so percentages get artificially high. The change on 10 to 11 is a 10% increase but 1000 to 1080 is only 8%. I'd take the 10% change there every day. Thing are going up, without question. But sometimes it can be better to look at raw numbers over percents. A lot of epidemiologists use cases/100,000 in the US or cases per 1,00,000 elsewhere as it gives a more accurate representation of things.
