Soooo... let me get this straight... companies have a policy of underpaying workers and dicking them out of rightful compensation and commensurate salaries within the industry, and they want to keep that fact hidden...

BY PUTTING IT IN BOLD ITALIC TEXT ON THEIR JOB LISTINGS?!?

T'would seem to me that a company that publicly announced their failure to pay commensurate wages for work performed, would want to keep that a secret. No?

To me it sounds like a poorly written law and these companies probably figure that it's easier to assume that they can find good talent in the other 49 states than deal with potential litigation for trying to tailor their postings to a single state.

And presume there will be no blowback from redlining an entire state for having progressive jobs legislation.
